The simplest way is by crushing something. Take a bottle that can be easily crushed, e.g. the bottle in which drinking water is sold in India. Heat some water and pour into the bottle. Swirl the hot water well so that the air inside gets hot, empty the bottle and put the cap on immediately. As the air cools, its pressure reduces and soon the bottle will be crushed. To accelerate the effect, you can cool the bottle with ice or cold water. As soon as you open the cap, you will observe the bottle coming back to its original shape and size.
