in both cases, the water vapour of the atmosphere gets condensed because of the low temperature on the surfaces

1 . when the bottle is taken out of the refrigerator the around the bottle cool
2. as the air cools due to decreases in temperature it become saturated with water vapour
3. as a result the excess water vapour get converted into tiny droplets on the surface of the bottle called dew
