Dictatorship, throughout history it's been noted that dictatorship equals progress.As there's just one person making the decision no middlemen are involved no corruption no give or take just decisions. But a human is not strong enough to be a dictator their mind is weak susceptible to over reliance on power. They'll get drunk on it and misuse it till they fall. However not all dictators are evil, I know 2 Kemal pasha(turkey) and Fidel Castro (Cuba).
India currently has no one who can take up the mantle we can't be sure either way, but it does need a dictator. That's my verdict.
