after the great sacrifice of the gautam buddha many preachers came in india and take the ideas of buddhism to their countries.many people liked it and made it one of the religion in their country . in this way it is followed by most of the world

AFTER THE DEATH OF GAUTAM BUDDHA, HIS PREACHERS CAME TO INDIA AND OTHER PARTS OF THE WORLD.THEY PREACHED THE PRINCIPLES OF BUDDHA.ALSO AFTER THE KALING WAR ,ASHOKA DEEPLY BECAME RELIGOUS AND SENDED HIS SON AND HIS DAUGHTER TO PARTS OF THE WORLD TO SPREAD BUDDHISM.TIS IS HOW BUDDHISM BECAME THE WORLD RELIGION...
