Indus valley people enjoy to dance and are specialized one working with metals.  In the city of Mohenjo-daro, there was a large central pool, with steps leading down at both ends. Musical instruments include the Sarangi, Sitar, Tabla, Tambora, and Tanpura.

Traditionally, vocal music in India tend to be religious music, musicians practice music at temples to please the god/goddess and the devotees. Indian vocal music is  divided into two sections - the Hindustani (northern Indian music) and the Carnatic (southern Indian music). The Indus valley civilization has marvelous craftsmen, skilled in pottery, weaving, and metal working. Many sculptures, seals, pottery, gold jewelry, and figurines in terracotta, bronze, ect. are found in the civilization. The pottery was of a very high quality, with unusual beautiful designs.
