the salt satyagraha become effective because at that time there is tax for salt . by this they collected water from sea and made salt which was a great impact caused against British

2)gandhiji saw this as an oppurtunity to unite the people of the country.

3)when the salt tax was imposed, a huge amount of people joined gandhiji to break the salt law
