The villagers helped Mrs packletide by choosing an old and a weak tiger also the new mothers were said to sing the lullabies in a low voice to their children so that they don't disturb the tiger while passing through the forest, ppl were appointed to see that the tiger doesn't leaves the forest, the tiger was given any old, ill or weak bate sometimes by the villagers so that he doesn't starves himselves, the villagers also made a temporary platform on the tree for Mrs packletide to sit and wait while the tiger shooting.
