Explanation:

William tried every possible ways to conquer his fear of water.

He tied himself from a rope and learned swimming .

In few days he learned swimming well and got appreciated by his coach , but still William was not satisfied because he was aware of the depth of the swimming pool , so he decided to go to a river and swim there without tieing himself to a rope . He went to a river from whose depth he was unaware ,he swimmed

well and went inside the river and stayed there for a while. Now William Douglas was satisfied and his fear for water was completely gone .
