Hey you cancorelate it with the flow in a water pipe.
The instant you turn on the pipe,water will instantanly flow out,
Likewise electrons are everywhere and once you switch on current in the wire they will start vibrating and start flowing..
Due to this instantaneous flow of electrons bulbs don't flicker!
