your ans

alpha2-beta2

this is forming an identity

a2-b2=(a+b)(a-b)

alpha2 -beta2=(alpha+beta)(alpha-beta)

 { \alpha }^{2} - { \beta }^{2} \\ = ( \alpha + \beta )( \alpha - \beta )
