how do liquids change to solids and gases. explain

Of they kept in refrigerator they became solids.By the process of freezing.Below 0 degrees celsius.(ice)

And if the liquids are heating then they will become gases.By the process of evaporation. Above 100 degrees celsius.

liquids when heated with temperatures above 100°C they become gasses. i.e steam
whereas when liquids are brought to temperatures below 0°C they become solids i.e.ice
