Answer:

The process of energy starts from the sun. How? Here's how, at first the sun gives energy to the plants which turns into chemical energy and then it helps to carry out the process of photosynthesis. After this whole process food is produced by plants. The plants produce different fruits that we and the animals eat. After we eat those fruits we get energy but not that much, so we also eat some of the animals like cattle. From these animals we get to eat meat and drink milk which are protein and are good for us. So basically the plants get the energy from sun, the animals get the half energy of plants, and we get the half energy of plants and animals both so we get this much energy to do our daily things.

This is the answer with explanation. Hope it helps :)
