Natural geological processes such as erosion, weathering, plate tectonics, sub-surface heat and material flow naturally contribute to the evolution of the earth through different ways over time, for instance, erosion of soil can cause a deep and large gulley in an area and at the same time cover water bodies over time, eruption leads to existence of hills and mountains thereby changing the structure of the earth thereby causing evolution of the earth.

The natural geological processes that contribute to the evolution of the earth by creating various natural bodies.

Weathering and erosion are part of formation of desert and lands.

Plate tectonics, sub-surface heat and material flow are the cause of mountain formation, continent, ocean formation and volcanic eruption.

Therefore, these processes take place over millions of years and such natural bodies are made through these processes.
