How do plants absorb nitrogen from soil

Plants take nitrogen from the soil by absorption through their roots as amino acids, nitrate ions, nitrite ions, or ammonium ions. Plants do not get their nitrogen directly from the air.

plants absorb nitrogen from soil because there was the becteria in the siol that is rhizobium change nitrogen into nitrate and plant absorb nitrogen
