Carbon dioxide:It moves out of a cell via diffusion.
Diffusion is defined as the net movement of molecules from an area of their higher concentration to an area of lower concentration.

Water:
Water moves into or out of the cells via osmosis.Osmosis is the same as diffusion except that it is only concerned with the movement of water molecules and through a partially permeable membrane.

Hope it helps u.
