The length of a rectangular plot is thrice its breadth. if the area of the rectangular plot is 867 sq m, then what is the breadth of the rectangular plot?

length=3y
area=lxb=867
=yx3y=867
  3y²=867
 y²=867/3
 y=√289
 y=17
breadth is 17m
and length is 3x17=51m
