it helps in that for example
a country comes to join with you to trade and commerce each other if they give you the technology the have and you pass the technology you have
then their technology is of computer science
your technology is of how to farm???
then the technology of both countries goes forward in farming and technology....
as the trade and commerce with different countries increases then they are developed economically,politically and technologically...
