As we know that elements has ground state electronic configuration.
Here ,
— Even Vanadium's ground state level electronic configuration is 3d3 4s2.
— When they had been translated through ions , they looses some energy.
— Valency of Vanadium has 5 electrons as it can give ( Lose ).
— +2, because it has the same +2 p orbital as the type 2 metal.
— because d orbitals are strange. -1, +1, +2, +3, +4, and +5 are all possible oxidation states."
