how do we read the time on a clock

eg hour hand 5 and minute hand 6 then it's 5:60

For ex- if the hour hand is on 2

If the minute hand is on 10

And if the second hand is on 30

Then the time will be 2:10 and 30 sec and apart from this we can set pm or am on the basis of night and day
