A disaster cannot be prevented but the damage to life and property caused by disasters
can be reduced by following some easy measures:
disaster management plan-special teams are forms to reduce the risks caused by various disasters;
for e.g-the earthquake disaster team first find out the area which is experiencing earthquake in that moment ,then it first evacuates people out from buildings and takes them to open grounds...to prevent loss of life.....etc
hope i helped u:)
