Upama alankar is a metaphor.

Which means that instead of comparison between the two objects, the first object is said to be the second : the camel is the ship of the desert.

Utpreksha alankar is a simile and a direct comparison is made between two objects : her hair is soft as silk.

Apply this technique to hindi or marathi language

Hope this helps

In the sentence if you find words like सम,समान,सारखे,वाणी, जैसे, तैसे ,प्रमाण ,सद्रुश

then it is Upama and if words like जणू, काय, जेवि, गमे, भासे , तसे then they are Utpreksha

In the case of Marathi only

if it is helpful mark it as brainlist
