The bond strength is directly proportional to the bond order. So, more the bond order more is the bond strength.

As, we know that the bond order gives no. of bonds in between the atoms bonded so more thee bond order, that is as a triple bond is more difficult to break than the double bond, which is more difficult to be broken than the single bond.
