All rivers carry deposits and as consequence, can be viewed as a collection of gushing deposit. At the point when a water is hindered behind a dam, the debris it carries drain it to the river.  Due to the sediments which are piling up on the surface of the river erode the delta soil and the dam loses its capability to collecting water for the purposes for which it was created. All rivers carry debris eroded from the rocks and soil due to which the river affect the delta soil.
