How does a ausable manage to make max believe that there is a balcony attached to his room? Look back at his detailed description of it. What makes it a convincing story? (The midnight visitor)

Explanation:

Max was a secret agent who wanted to get the report from Ausable . He entered Ausable's room silently in absenceof him , which was on the sixth floor of a gloomy French hotel . When Ausable entered his room and switched on the light he saw Max with an automatic pistol in his hand. Then Ausable said that he was the 2nd person who entered his room through the balcony adjacent to the window of his room that was attached with the near apartment . Ausable told Max that he had made a complaint to close the door also it wasn't. Ausable also told Max that someone entered his room before also.

In this way Ausable managed Max to believe that there was a balcony attached to the window of his room. But actually there wasn't any balcony, Ausable tried to befool Max .

thank you
