hey here is your answer

The left atrium receives newly-oxygenated blood from the lungsthrough the pulmonary veins. Thisblood is passed into the strong left ventricle to be pumped through the aorta to the different organs of the body. The coronary circulationsupplies the heart muscle with the oxygen and nutrients it requires to function.

  • Due to lack of oxygen in muscles, muscles contract and gets stiff.By taking hot water bath or massage, the blood circulation will increase. Because of increased blood circulation, the supply of oxygen at the site of muscle cramps will also be increased and muscle will be relaxed.
