Evaporation - it is a type of vaporization only which occurs at temperature below the boiling point of liquids. The molecules that evaporate arrive from from the liquid surface.

Vaporization - Process in which a substance like liquid turns into gas. It is a phase transition process. It occurs at the boiling point of liquids only. It includes both evaporation and boiling. The molecules that vaporize may come from beneath the liquid surface when boiling occurs.
