The government helps farmers when drought or flood comes because farmers are responsible for growing crops for the whole country by which they earn somw money. After a flood or drought, the crops get destroyed and farmers have to face shortage of money and resources so the government helps farmers.

The government provides every thing which is possible, to the farmers to grow crops.
the government also maintains a buffer stock so that it helps in the case of emergency such as floods and droughts .
if there is a shortage of money in our country the government also borrows money from the neighbouring countries.
