Adrenaline gland is secreted in small amount all the time but in large amounts when a person is frightened or excited . When adrenaline gland is secreted in large amounts it prepares our body for action . It speed up our heartbeat and breathing , raises blood pressure and allows more glucose to go into our blood to give us a lot of energy quickly to fight ..adrenal gland is often called “ glands of emergency”..!
