Human foetus derives it's nutrition from mother . This is possible due to an organ called placenta. It is connected to the mother's body by umbilical cord.Placenta is rich in blood vessels which transfers nutrients and oxygen from the mother's blood to foetus.

Foetus is a stage of embryo in which all the body parts can be identified and human foetus derived it's food from the food mother eats and this is possible because of placenta,an organ.
It transfers nutrients from mother blood to the foetus. Foetus is connected to umbilical cord and all the nutrients is transfered by that tube.
