How does Morocco assert that his blood is redder than that of any other fairest man?

Prince of Morocco decided to make incision on his body to show his lover Portia, that his blood is redder than any other fairest man. Actually, prince had a thought Portia won't love him due to his unfair complexion. he gave justification for his dark skin that he was born in the area close to sun. Moreover, he boosted about his power. To impress Portia, he decided to make cuts on his body to show that his blood is redder than any other fairest man.
As per Morocco, his blood was redder as compared to the fairest man.
He believed that only brave man can have redder blood and in this case, it was Morocco (as per him).
AS per his, other fair men is not brave that makes their blood thinner and hence his blood becomes redder.
The main reasons were that he can take any challenge while others won’t.
