How does multicellular organisms fulfill their basic requirements
Answers
Hey
Cells carry on the many functions needed to sustain life. ... This requires that they take in nutrients, which they use to provide energy for the work that cells do and to make the materials that a cell or an organism needs. Specialized cells perform specialized functions in multicellular organisms.

The multi-cellular organisms are bound to have the most developed cellular structures. More than that they do satisfy and enjoy advanced features than unicellular organism.
Some of the major features are as follows:
1. Multi - cellular animals have a well developed tissue structure benefiting them to travel from place to place in search of food, shelter and others.
2. Similarly the plant tissue are also well designed and they provide them to fulfill the requirements like preparing their own food (photosynthesis)in the presence of chlorophyll. Thus this indicates that they are autotrophs and need not be depended upon others for food.
3. These well defines tissues are further made up of well defined cells that are called as Eukaryotic cells (The cells that have defined cell wall and membrane, they also have well nuclear structure and facility of DNA and RNA)
4.Thus the nature has provided them the most major property to the cells and tissues present in multi cellular organism for burning down the energy and providing them to us such that we can fulfill the basic requirements.
