Oxygen from the air to cells. When we breathe in oxygen enters the small air sacs, called alveoli, in the lungs. Oxygen diffuses from there into the bloodstream. Oxygen is not carried in the plasma, but is carried by the red blood cells.

By inhalation we take oxygen inside lungs.
Small bag like structures called alveoli are present in lungs which has blood capillaries
concentration of oxygen in blood capillaries is less ( concentration of CO2 is more)and concentration of oxygen is more in alveoli
By process of diffusion oxygen move from alveoli to blood capillaries
Blood capillaries carries carries oxygenated blood to different tissues and cells
By process of exhalation CO2 is given out.
