the soil facilitate the growth of a crop.based on the fertility of the soil different crops can be grown.as per the soil condition the crop r choosen for example rice grows well in alluvial soil as it is fertile and can absorb water well and apart from it there r different soil in different regions black soil,red soil,loomy soil etc.
