During sweating water comes out on the surface of skin from where it evaporates taking away the latent heat of the body and thus lowers the body temperature. Absence of sweat glands , diminishes this act and thus body temperature tends to rise to dangerous levels in summers or during sports etc which may be fatal at times, so one needs methods like ice packs etc to keep body temperature low.

Sweating is one of the body's way of getting rid of waste water content and other dust along with it. But Sweating is essentially an evaporation process.

As We know Evaporation is a cooling process. The Body tends to get cooled after Evaporation.

Sweating is also really helpful as without this, The body would get heated away easily and may lead to deadly health issues. Maintaining an ideal body temperature is also necessary for the body.
