The ball and socket joint is present in the shoulder this enables the round movement of our arms. The hinge joint is present in the knee which allows the leg to extend and bend in one direction.

The gliding joint is present in the wrist which enables the swift movement of the wrist. The gliding joint allows the sliding of one bone of the joint over the other bone in any direction of the plane of the joint.
