Hey User
As we know Force of Attraction is a Gravitational Force and Gravitational Force(F)
F = GMm/r²
if r is made 1/4 time then F becomes 16times

Force of attraction between two objects is inversely proportional to square of separation between them.
F ∝ 1/d²
F₁/F₂ = (d₂ / d₁)²
F₂ = F₁ × (d₁ / d₂)²
= F₁ × (4d₁ / d₁)²
= 16 F₁
Change in force of attraction = 16 F₁ - F₁ = 15 F₁
Force of attraction between them increases by 15 units.
