When carbon dioxide is pressurized under conditions of low temperature, it gradually turns to dry ice. There is no problem with dry ice if it's handled correctly but when it comes in contact to our skin it damages the cells as its too cold. This is also cold frostbite. Apart from this dry ice is not harmful. Hope its useful pls mark this as branliest answer.
