It is true. In fact it is definitely true. First of all disguiseday employment is nothing but people who are working with no actually need.

For example one farmer can plough a land of 100 Sq km , and he allows his son to help him plough in this 100 Sq km.

The son does some work it is true but it is not productive.

In simple terms the person is not working to his full potential. So this is under employment only .

Hope it helps.

here is the answer♥♥♥♥

____________________________

  • When more than required numbers of people are engaged in productive activities, it is called underemployment.

  • In this case, work done by a person is hidden and even if the person is removed from employment, the production will remain the same. This is in contrast to the work done by someone who is employed.

  • Therefore, underemployment is also known as disguised unemployment.
