How far it is correct to say that the first world war was the first modern industrial war?

It is correct as bcz. many of the countries which had taken part in first world war (1914-1919) was industrial countries and had taken part to defeat their rival industrial countries . That's why The First world war is also known as First Industrial War.

FIRST WORLD WAR IS ONE OF THE MOST ABUSEABLE CURSES FOR HUMANITY.IN WORLD WAR , THE USE OF MODERN TECHNOLOGY, NEW AND WELL DEVELOPED EQUIPMENTS MAKE IT A MODERN WAR.SINCE MOST OF THE WEAPONS AND ARMY REQUIREMENT IS FULFILLED BY MANUFACTURING OR INDUSTRIAL PROCESS. IT IS CORRECT TO SAY IT AS MODERN INDUSTRIAL WAR
