As we Inhale Air through our lungs, oxygen in the air gets dissolved in the blood vessels...

this oxygen then breaks the glucose down inside the cell to produce energy, when energy is produced, it also produces

carbon dioxide.

this carbon dioxide gets dissolved in our blood...

This carbon dioxide gets transported back to lungs through veins. First carbon dioxide goes to veins, then to pulmonary artery, and then gets exhaled out by lungs by our body...
