How is Cc different from BCC in contex with an Email message..

bcc list of an email.
1. all the addresses are invisible to all recipents
2. if someone his"reply all" to the email, only you will receive the reply.
points to note.
1. best used when you want to send mail to many people but want individual replies. like a department vote or fund-raising memo.
2. this used to be the method for marketing mails earlier but now such mails will get treated as spam.
etiquette for bcc; disclosure is the best course
1.if no other people in to or cc, then send to yourself in to.
2 never use bcc to share email thread on thr sly (example) for tattling on other employees to boss).

Hi
To: (Actual Audience) Will receive the email and they know about other recipients .
CC: (Carbon Copy) field recipients are others whom the author wishes to publicly inform of the message but they can get to know that about each other ( but you don't care)..
BCC: (Blind Carbon Copy) The recipients of To and CC do not get to know each other.. Each BCC recipients will think that you send this email to only him/her.
