Decius interprets calpurnia's dream as a fair and fortunate vision. He says that the vision of Romans bathing in Caesar's blood signifies Caesar's spirit or influence will increase manifold. Basically, he boosts caesar's ego, flatters his greatness and might and makes him feel more powerful. So Caesar is happier with his vision . Hence decius is successful in convincing caesar to go to the senate house instead of calpurnia.

Decius Brutus interprets Calpurnia's dream as a lucky and fortunate one. He says it shows Ceaser's power and influence.He gives Caesar's ego a boost.
He also states that the Senate house has concluded to crown him. In case,if Caesar dosent go to the Senate house,they may change their mind and he may miss such a golden opportunity to be the Roman king.
Caesar is totally carried away by his words and decides to go to the Senate house.
