As , we know that Joule and watt - hour both are the units of Energy in different derived terms but in terms of values the units relate as follow ,

1 watt - hour = 3600 joules or 3.6 kilo joules.

Derived from ,

Power = Work Per unit time

Power = Work / Time

Work = Power x Time

if Time is in hours , Units will be ,

Joules = Watt x Hours

  • watt - Hours

Both the units , Watt hour and Joules are the unit of Work or Energy and also equivalent by some value given already with the answer.
