How is salinity in oceans measured? What is the measurement for the temperature of oceans?​

Water of oceans and seas are saline or salty due to the presence of a large amount of dissolved salts. Most of it is sodium chloride or comments salt. It is estimate that 1000gm of ocean or sea water contains 35 gm of dissolved salts. Thus the average salinity is 35 gm per thousand.
