Indian Secularism is the only one peculiar concept of example of the world, where there are different rules and laws for different community and people. There is Hindu law for Hindus and Muslim law for Muslims; different people different rules and laws. Secularism in India is for appeasing particular person, crushing down the sentiments and great tradition and history of India. So, I like to describe about it as under in some sentence-
Most of the western countries in Europe are also Secular country, where secularism is conceived as an Idea, and it promulgate for equity and it does not interfere in the matter of religion, while, in India, despite constitutional significance, all political parties aiming to woo the vote, play the trick of appeasement for particular community, rejecting the theory of Secularism of equality among the different religions and people.
And that particular community stand for their right as separate identity for their community in India. Our so called secular leaders have been playing the same tricks of appeasement for the last several yrs. No one has the worry for Indian culture or its history. They all want powers at all cost.
Concept of Secularism in India is totally senseless theory. The idea of secularism or declare India as Secular country has no meaning, because, majority community are naturally liberal and respect all other different people and their faiths. They do not hate or disrespect anyone. This is the land of Sanatan Vedic Culture, where people naturally respect all beings and people.
So, Secularism in India, is a western philosophy, is incorrigibly flawed in the context of Indian state. India is the backbone of Hinduism can never be a secular country. There should be one rule for strictly for all citizens like western countries, but in our country, law is different for different people and even we Have two Constitutions. One is for Separate Constitution for Jammu and Kashmir and another one is for rest of the country.
Article 370 granting special status to Jammu and Kashmir is promulgated there. In own country of Santan Dharma identity, India is now called as the secular country, as if it has no history of tradition and culture.
Secularism is arguably the most ill-conceived and misused ideal upon which the Indian state is based. I do not think, such Secularism in India will last for ever. It is for certain period.

There is not so much difference in secularism in India and secularism in France and the United States but some of the differences are :- In India state have to interfere when if it feels that certain beliefs and practices are harmful for society but in US state doesn't interfere at any circumstances in any religion matter. In India people are allowed to use religious symbols but France prohibit people from displaying or using religious symbols. In India there are equal amount of Temple, churches, mosques and gurudwara but in US and France there are more amount of churches.
