When a body gets charged or is discharged, there is a slight increase or decrease in the number of electrons in the body. The mass of an electron is very small. Hence, any addition or subtraction of electrons will not affect the mass much. There will be a slight increase or decrease in mass, but that change will be negligible.

On been positively charged there are less number of electrons in the mass of the body decreases on the other hand a negatively charged body has excess of electrons and hence its mass increases.
