Vaccination is used to increase immunization
immunization is the body's ability to fight against infections diseases or to kill any endotoxin and exotoxin substance.
while on the other hand vaccination is a suspension of killed or inactivated microorganisms to increase body's defense mechanism.
For example:
Polio myelitis is a virus which causes polio now if we want to protect our body from this virus to prevent the disease, we have to prepare a suspension of killed or inactivated polio virus and to inject it into the body. our immune system will start releasing chemicals against foreign substances(which is polio vaccine) but these substances are already killed...in this way when active polio virus will attack on our body these chemicals will directly fight with the virus and destroy it. our body's immune power has been increased by vaccination.
