The average person can hold their breath for 30–60 seconds. I'd guess that probably after around 2 minutes they would pass out, but that's only an average. Some people might pass out soon and some later. After about 5–6 minutes you're risking permanent brain damage.
exceptional:swimmers and divers they will feel suffocated after few more minutes!
