soln: Distance travelled by man in a complete round = 2πr = 2 × 3.14 × 31.5 = 197.82 meter

Speed = 5km/h = 5 × 5/18 m/sec = 1.38 m/s

Time taken by man = total Distance/Speed = 197.82/1.38 = 143.34 sec = 2.38 minutes
