A human forelimb is constituted of total 30 bones, namely 1 Humerus on the upper arm, 1 Radius and 1 Ulna in the lower arm, 8 carpals in the wrist, 5 metacarpals in the palm and 14 phalanges in the fingers.
The joint between humerus, radius and ulna is called elbow.
The phalanges are further classified into proximal phalanges, intermediate phalanges and distal phalanges.
